Hi,

My name is Tim Sorensen, and I’ve been in endurance sports since the 90's—as a marathoner, triathlete, and Ironman competitor.

But my early years looked a lot like yours.

I was training hard, dealing with recurring injuries, and constantly restarting just when things felt like they were clicking.

I thought the answer was to push harder.

It wasn’t.

The real issue was how my body moved—and the weak links I didn’t even know were there.

Once I started fixing that, everything changed.
I could train consistently, recover better, and finally build momentum.

That shift led me down a deeper path—studying movement, durability, and performance.

Since going full-time as a coach in 2010, I’ve earned certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, nutrition, and triathlon coaching, and I’ve coached athletes at every level—from first-timers to Ironman finishers.
