MEET COACH TIM SORENSEN

Helping Endurance Athletes Train Faster Without Breaking Down

I’m not interested in helping you survive one race. I want to help you keep improving year after year.

For more than 16 years, I’ve coached endurance athletes to move better, train consistently, and perform at their best—without living in the Train. Hurt. Restart. cycle.

Why I Coach

I Didn’t Build This Philosophy in a Classroom

I became obsessed with durability because I lived through the frustration myself.

Plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, shoulder impingement, and eventually knee surgery taught me something fitness alone never could:

Your body has to be able to handle the training before the training can make you faster.

That is why my coaching starts by identifying your weakest link—not simply prescribing harder workouts.

Mobility

Move freely without restrictions.

Technique

Waste less energy.

Strength

Handle more training.

Endurance

Keep improving.

Real Athletes. Real Transformations.

Every athlete starts somewhere. Here's what's possible.

"Triathlon started as my way back after cancer. Tim helped me stop just surviving training and start building real durability. I went from simply finishing races to earning Ironman Bronze All World Athlete status and missing Silver by just 0.6%. I know I'm a better athlete because I finally have a system that lets me train consistently."

"I started triathlon at 60 with no endurance background. Generic training plans gave me workouts. Tim gave me a system that fit my life and kept me progressing. In just three years, I completed my first Ironman, two marathons, four Ironman 70.3 races, and numerous triathlons. If you think it's too late to chase big goals, you're probably wrong—I know I was."

— James Henry

"When I started working with Tim, I couldn't even swim—and I was terrified of the water. He believed in me long before I believed in myself. With his guidance I learned to swim, completed four triathlons, a Half Ironman, and crossed the finish line at Ironman California. Today I can even enjoy the lake and pool with my grandkids—something I never imagined possible. Tim didn't just coach me to become an Ironman. He helped me become someone who believed I could."
