📍 Watt Avenue River Access
Free. No registration. Just show up and run.
Beer & River Run has met every Thursday since August 2017.
Rain or shine, runners and walkers of all abilities gather along Sacramento's beautiful American River Parkway for a 60-minute run.
Meet at 6:00 PM. We start at 6:15 PM.
Some people run six miles. Others run three. Some walk.
Everyone belongs.
Afterward, we pull out our picnic chairs, enjoy a beverage and a snack, and spend a little time catching up...and lying about how great we are. BYOB.
One of the easiest ways to train more consistently is to train with other people.
Run, jog, or walk at your own pace.
Whether it's your first run or your hundredth, you'll fit right in.
BYOB, Many of us gather for 15-30 minutes after the run to cool down with our preferred beverage and snack.
One of the easiest ways to train more consistently is to have people expecting to see you every Thursday.
